Cod with shrimps in coriander sauce
A nice Indian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, onion, garlic, green pepper, fresh coriander (15 g), medium dry sherry, oil, sambal oelek, ginger powder, ground cumin (djinten), salt, cod fillet and pink shrimps.

Peel and chop onion and garlic. Pepper clean, wash and cut into pieces. In the food processor, puree onion, garlic, bell pepper and coriander. Mix Sherry, oil, sambal, ginger powder, cumin and 1/2 teaspoon of salt. Cut cod into cubes.

Bring the cilantro mixture to the boil. Add cod and prawn cubes and simmer for about 5 minutes. Season with salt. Serve with a carrot salad.
