Chop the onion. Cut the mushrooms into quarters. Wash the leek and cut into rings.

Heat a large pan with a thick bottom without butter or oil and fry the bacon on low heat in 8 min. Add the onion, chicken, potatoes and mushrooms and cook for 5 minutes. Change regularly.

Add the leeks, thyme, wine, tomatoes and the bouillon tablet. Bring to the boil, reduce the heat and cook for 20 minutes with the lid on the pan over low heat. Season with pepper and salt.
