Creamy tagliatelle with oyster mushrooms


A tasty Italian recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: tagliatelle (pasta, chillies, 250 g), oyster mushrooms (mushrooms, a 150 g), olive oil, fresh cream cheese with pepper, fresh basil (in thin strips) and old cheese (piece).

Directions

  1. Tagliatelle according to directions for use in plenty of water with salt to cook al dente.
  2. Clean oyster mushrooms with kitchen paper.
  3. Heat up in wok oil and cook (uncut!) Oyster mushrooms on high heat for 3-4 minutes, until oyster mushrooms are brown and cooked and all the moisture has evaporated.
  4. Meanwhile, drain tagliatelle in colander, absorb part of cooking liquid.
  5. In pastapan cream cheese in a dash of cooking liquid quickly melt.
  6. Remove Tagliatelle in pan and carefully spoon over, add some cooking liquid if necessary.
  7. Mix the basil strips with pasta.
  8. Divide Tagliatalle over two deep plates.
  9. Season the oyster mushrooms with salt and pepper to taste and place on tagliatelle.
  10. Peel coarse curls of cheese with peeler over plates.
  11. Tasty with rucola salad..
