Crispy cheese salami knots


A tasty recipe. The snack contains the following ingredients: meat, salami, puff pastry (thawed), flower to dust, egg (beaten) and grated cheese.

Directions

  1. Cut the salami very finely. Press the slices of puff pastry per 2 together to form a rectangle. Place 1 dough slice on a lightly floured work surface. Divide the salami over it. Place the second dough slice on it. Roll out the dough into a rectangle of 10 x 20 cm. Brush the dough with egg and sprinkle the cheese over it. Press the cheese firmly onto the dough and cut into long strips of 1 cm wide. Place a knot in each bar and place the knots on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper. Place the cheese buttons covered with plastic foil in the refrigerator until the moment of baking.
  2. Preheat the oven to 200 ºC. Bake the knots in 15 minutes until lightly browned and done.
