Crispy chicken sesame sprouts


A nice Chinese recipe. The snack is made with the following ingredients: poultry, chicken fillet, sesame seed, egg, dredgesherry, cornstarch, oil, fresh ginger root (grated) and light soy sauce.

Directions

  1. Cut chicken fillet into pieces and mash with sesame seed. Add egg, sherry, 2 tbsp cornstarch, 1 tsp salt and pepper to taste. Grease the plate with a little oil and mix chicken to a layer of 1 cm thick. Place the plate with chicken mixture in steamer or on rack in wok with low boiling water. Chicken mixture in 10-12 min. Covered steamed. Dice chicken mixture with kitchen paper and allow to cool slightly. Fry ginger in soy sauce.
  2. Cut the chicken mixture into diamonds of 3 x 4 cm and gently swirl one by one through the remaining cornstarch. Wok oil in wok or deep frying pan and fry chicken pans in two portions in 2-3 min. Drain on kitchen paper. Place the chicken on hot plates and serve with a dip sauce.
