Crispy potato boats with bacon
A tasty recipe. The snack contains the following ingredients: meat, solid potatoes (buttered), butter, bacon, fresh chives (a 25 g) and sour cream (125 ml).
Cut the potatoes lengthwise in 4 equal parts and boil for 7 minutes in a bottom of water with salt.
Preheat the grill to the highest setting.
Meanwhile, melt the butter.
Drain the potatoes and cut them in such a way that 'boats' are created from peel.
Brush them with half of the melted butter and put them on the baking sheet.
Put them about 15 cm under the hot grill and roast them for 4 minutes, turn them halfway and brush them with the rest of the butter.
Turn the boats over again, spread them with the bacon and roast them in a few min.
Meanwhile, cut the chives finely above a bowl with the sour cream.
Season with salt and pepper.
Put some sauce in the boats and serve immediately..
