Curry chicken with marinated onion


A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, yoghurt (full), garlic (pressed), curry powder, oil, chicken breast, lemon (scrubbed) and red onions (in thin rings).

Directions

  1. Mix the yogurt in a bowl with the garlic, curry, oil, salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Cut the chicken fillet into slices of 1 cm thick and scoop them through the marinade.
  3. Marinate them covered in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
  4. Grate the yellow skin of the lemon and squeeze out the fruit.
  5. Place the onion in a deep plate and pour the lemon juice over it.
  6. Leave the onion for 30 minutes.
  7. Drain the onion in a sieve and mix with the lemon zest.
  8. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  9. Stick the marinated slices of chicken zigzag on the skewers.
  10. Roast the skewers on the hot barbecue in 8 minutes nicely browned and well cooked, turn them regularly and if necessary brush them with some oil.
