Deer steaks on rosemary skewers


A tasty recipe. The snack contains the following ingredients: meat, deer steaks (about 300 g), balsamic vinegar, extra virgin olive oil, fresh rosemary (firm twigs), smoked bacon, (sea) salt and (freshly ground) black pepper.

Directions

  1. Steaks each cut into 6 cubes and mix in bowl with vinegar and 2 tablespoons of oil.
  2. Sprinkle off the branches of the bottom 5 cm rosemary needles and cut the tip of the twig so that it can serve as a skewer.
  3. 1 Chop the tablespoon rosemary needles very finely.
  4. Spread strips of bacon thinly with oil.
  5. Sprinkle finely chopped rosemary over it and put a piece of steak on it.
  6. Tightly roll up and pierce the hole with a metal pin (eg barbecue skewer).
  7. Stick 3 meat rolls on each rosemary pie.
  8. Grill pan until hot.
  9. Sprinkle skewers with remaining oil and roast in a grill pan in 4-6 minutes, turning regularly.
  10. Place skewers on a scale and sprinkle with salt and pepper..
