A tasty Spanish recipe. Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. Fry the chorizo ​​crispy brown in a frying pan without oil or butter. Add the onion, peppers and oregano and let it gently simmer for 7 minutes with the lid on the pan. Stir frequently.
  2. Meanwhile, mix in a bowl the mix for pizza bottom, cheese and oil and prepare the dough according to the directions on the package. Roll out the dough with a rolling pin into a thin piece and cut 8 circles out of the dough with a plate (Ø 14 cm).
