Directions

  1. Heat the grill pan over high heat and grill the fruit for 3 minutes.
  2. Cut the lemongrass stalks lengthwise into quarters. Stick some grilled lemons to each piece of lemongrass.
  3. Divide the plates and add a roll of bread ice. Mix the coconut with the ground lemongrass and sprinkle over the ice.
