Cook the spaghetti according to the instructions on the package.

Meanwhile cut the skin of the sausages.

Put the sausage meat together with the stir fry mix and the basil in the bowl of the food processor. Grind 1 min.

Heat a skillet without oil or butter and fry the chopped vegetables for 1 min. On high heat. Add the tomatoes and bring to the boil.

Leave to cook for 10 minutes with the lid on the pan, so that the vegetables and meat are cooked. Season with pepper and salt.

In the meantime, cut the leaves of the basil coarsely. Drain the spaghetti and mix through the sauce. Garnish with the basil. Serve immediately.
