Filo packages with goat's cheese and basil dressing


A nice Mediterranean recipe. The vegetarian starter contains the following ingredients: filo puff pastry dough ((frozen) thawed), fresh basil (a 15 g), goat cheese (with honey), pine nuts, egg (egg yolk torn loose (protein is not used)) and olive oil.

Directions

  1. Remove the basil leaves from the twigs.
  2. Cut the twigs fine.
  3. Mix the goat's cheese with the twigs, the pine nuts (keep some pine nuts behind) and salt and (freshly ground) pepper to taste.
  4. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
  5. Spread the filo leaves open, brush the inside thinly with egg yolk and fold double.
  6. Brush both sides with egg yolk and cut them in half so that you get eight half sheets.
