Fish packages with potato salad


A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, pangasius fillet (fish, a ca. 220 g), olives filled with anchovies (200 g), (olive) oil, potato slices (700 g), apple, raw vegetable salad (a 150 g), mayonnaise and vinegar.

Directions

  1. Divide fish into 4 equal pieces.
  2. Drain and halve the olives.
  3. Dab 4 large sheets of aluminum foil with 1/2 tbsp oil and distribute fish and olives.
  4. Sprinkle with salt and drizzle 1/2 tbsp of oil over it.
  5. Folding foil.
  6. Place fish packets on hot barbecue or grill for about 7 minutes.
  7. Meanwhile, potato slices in plenty of boiling water with salt to taste in about 8 minutes.
  8. Drain and rinse with cold water.
  9. Clean apple and cut into slices.
  10. Mix potatoes with apple, raw vegetables, residual oil, mayonnaise and vinegar.
  11. Season with salt and pepper.
  12. Divide fish packages and salad into 4 plates..
