Fish pasta with grilled shrimps


A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, tagliatelle (fresh (pasta, a 250 g)), giant shrimps ((frozen, 500 g), thawed), olive oil, salmon fillet (fresh, in large dice), tomato cubes (400 g), crème fraîche (beaker a 125 g) and fresh basil (only the leaves (box a 15 g)).

Directions

  1. Cook the tagliatelle al dente according to the instructions on the package.
  2. Brush the shrimp thinly with oil.
  3. Heat a grill pan and grill the shrimp until they have a nice pink color and a brown-striped pattern is created.
  4. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a large frying pan.
  5. Fry the salmon cubes around brown on a high heat, pour the tomato cubes and heat them.
  6. Stir in the crème fraîche and season the sauce to taste with salt and (freshly ground) pepper.
  7. Drain the cooked pasta and scoop it through the tomato-salmon sauce.
  8. Tear the basil leaves coarse and sprinkle over the pasta.
  9. Serve the pasta in warm deep plates, with the shrimps..
