Fresh caesar salad on toast
A tasty recipe. The starter contains the following ingredients: fish, sandwiches (Parisiennes (2 pieces)), extra virgin olive oil, Parmesan cheese (piece), anchovies ((46 g), drained), mayonnaise, garlic (pressed), white wine vinegar, lemon (squeezed out) ), little gem (lettuce and 2 pieces).

Cut each Parisienne into 4 long, slanted slices. Brush thinly with 1 tbsp oil and toast them in the toaster or grill pan until they are golden brown and crunchy.

Grate 60 g of cheese in a bowl. Cut half of the anchovies fine. Add and stir with the rest of the oil, mayonnaise, garlic and vinegar into a dressing. Season with lemon juice and pepper.

Mix the leaves of lettuce through the dressing. Cut the flinters from the rest of the cheese with the cheese slicer. Divide the toast over 8 plates and put the salad on it. Sprinkle with the cheese flinters. Divide the rest of the anchovies over the salad.
