Fresh stir fry with broccoli and chicken


Stir fry of broccoli, bok choy, yellow peppers, garlic, ginger, noodles, chicken and oyster sauce.

Directions

  1. Cut the broccoli into small florets. Cut the pak choi into strips.
  2. Halve the peppers and remove the seed lists. Cut the flesh into strips. Slice the garlic. Peel and grate the ginger.
  3. Cook the noodles in a pan of water with salt for 5 minutes.
  4. Meanwhile cut the chicken fillet into strips and cut the lime into a piece per person. Drain the noodles and drain in a colander.
  5. Meanwhile, heat the oil in a stirring stir fry the garlic, ginger and chicken strips 2 min.
  6. Add the broccoli, paprika, oyster sauce and the water and stir-fry for 5 minutes. Add the paksoi and stir-fry for another 1 min.
  7. Add the noodles and heat for another 1 minute. Season with pepper. Serve with the wedges of lime.
