Fried baby potatoes with sage and shallot
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian side dish contains the following ingredients: shallots (peeled), baby potatoes (in the skin), butter, mace (ground), dry white wine and sage (from plant or from bag It herb mix).

Divide shallots and potatoes.

In frying pan with non-stick coating melt the half of butter and potatoes, over medium heat and cover, bake for 10 minutes.

Remove lid from pan and potatoes for 5-10 min.

Crispy brown and cooked through.

In the meantime, brown-brown shallot in the remaining portion of the shallot in butter.

Mash and add wine and shallot on low heat in 10 min.

Cut sage into strips.

Carve the shallots and sage by small potatoes and fry for 1 min.

Season with salt and pepper.

Serve with broccoli.
