Frittata with basil and artichoke
A nice Mediterranean recipe. The vegetarian side dish contains the following ingredients: basil (a 15 g), olive oil, artichoke hearts ((400 g), drained and in thin slices), eggs and milk.

Purée with the hand blender the basil (also the stalks) with 2 tbsp oil and (freshly ground) pepper and (sea) salt to taste. Spoon the artichoke slices with the basil oil. Beat the eggs with the milk and stir in the slices of artichoke. Store in the refrigerator until use.

Brush the gourmet pans with oil and heat them on the gourmet set. Put 2 tbsp of the egg mixture and let it slowly solidify.
