Remove the core of the cut apple and cut each piece into 2 parts.

Cut the pineapple into 16 pieces.

Baste on each satéstick about 1 piece of apple, 2 strawberries and 2 pieces of pineapple.

Sprinkle the sticks with icing sugar.

Grill them for about 4 minutes on the barbecue.
