Chop the onion and cut the chicken fillet into pieces. Peel the mango and cut ¾ into pieces and the rest into small strips.

Peel the apple and cut into quarters and remove the core. Cut the quarters into pieces.

Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.

Heat the oil in the frying pan and fry 11/2 (per 4 persons) of the onion 2 min. Add the chicken and cook for 3 min. Add the Curry paste.

Scoop the chopped mango and apple into the chicken curry and cook for 5 minutes. Saute the cucumber into slices.

Stir in the yoghurt, sunflower oil and pepper and salt a dressing. Mix the dressing with the cucumber and the rest of the onion.

Heat the flat bread in the oven according to the instructions on the package.

Season the curry with pepper and salt and scoop in a bowl. Divide the yogurt over it and garnish with the chopped mango.
