Garlic soup with egg


A tasty Spanish recipe. The starter contains the following ingredients: poultry, garlic, white farmers (tiger) bread (1 day old), olive oil, paprika, chicken stock, salt and pepper and eggs (M).

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 175 ºC or gas oven 3.
  2. Peel and chop garlic.
  3. Remove crusts from bread and cut bread into cubes.
  4. Heat oil in pan and cook garlic and bread around golden brown.
  5. Add paprika and mix well with garlic-bread mixture.
  6. Add 1 liter of water and bouillon tablets, bring to the boil and boil bouillon tablets.
  7. Turn the fire down and let the soup simmer for approx.
  8. 10 minutes.
  9. Season with salt and pepper.
  10. Distribute hot soup over bowls.
  11. Slightly break egg over each bowl.
