Gazpacho with white cheese
A tasty Spanish recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: cucumber (in pieces), grilled peppers ((295 g), drained), tomato-vegetable juice, cherry tomatoes (on the branch (250 g)), olive oil, white cheese (crumbled), croutons ( 75 g), spring onions ((bag of 3 pieces) and in rings).

Puree the cucumber, the grilled peppers and half of the tomato-vegetable juice with the hand blender.

Then add the rest of the juice.

Remove the twigs and the crowns of the to (keep a few behind with twig for garnish) and brush them thinly with oil.

Heat the grill pan and grill to 2-3 minutes.

Stir the olive oil through the vegetable mixture and season with salt and (freshly ground) pepper.

Divide the vegetable mixture over 4 glasses or soup plates and put a few tins in each glass or plate.

Sprinkle the cheese, the croutons and the spring onions..
