Gnocchi in tomato sauce
A tasty Italian recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: Gnocchi di patate (à 500 g), tomato cubes (à 400 g), onion, garlic, olive oil, mozzarella (à 125 g), fresh basil (15 g) and salt and pepper.

Prepare Gnocchi according to instructions.

Let tomato cubes drain and absorb moisture.

Peel and chop onion and garlic.

Heat oil in frying pan.

Dry the onion and garlic for about 2 minutes.

Add tomato cubes and cook gently.

Cut Mozzarella into cubes.

Carefully cut basil leaves.

Mozzarella and basil stir in tomato sauce and heat well for about 1 minute.

If sauce is too thick, add tomato juice until desired thickness is reached.

Season with salt and pepper.

Divide Gnocchi over four deep plates and add tomato sauce.
