Directions

  1. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the beef soup balls around brown. Meanwhile cut the zucchini strips. Finely chop the onion in half rings and the garlic. Add the Italian herbs, courgettes, onions and garlic and stir-fry 8 min.
  2. Meanwhile, cook the gnocchi according to the instructions on the package.
  3. Spoon the gnocchi with the spiced vegetables with meatballs and serve.
