Gratinated provençal vegetable soup


A tasty French recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: Pain de Boulogne (bread), olive oil, Provençal herb mix (8 g), pizza cheese (40 (150 g)), Provencal wok vegetables (400 g) and vegetable soup (with zucchini and thyme (105 g) ).

Directions

  1. Preheat the grill.
  2. From 4 slices of bread cut as large as possible without crust or stick out with a cup.
  3. Bread rounds in large frying pan in 2 tbsp oil (2 to 2).
  4. Drain on kitchen paper.
  5. Sautéed bread rolls with herbs and cover them with cheese.
  6. Heat 3 tbsp oil in deep soup pan and stir-fry vegetables for 3 min.
  7. Add 1 1/2 l of cold water.
  8. Add soup powder with a whisk and bring to the boil.
  9. Cook on pan for 5 minutes with lid.
  10. Season with black pepper.
  11. Create soup in 4 wide, deep bowls.
  12. Place bread roll with cheese in each bowl.
  13. Put on grill under grill and let cheese turn light brown for approx.
  14. 3 minutes.
  15. Rest of bread to serve..
