Greek burger with dill, fried onions, parsley, lamb's lettuce and tzatziki.

Directions

  1. Slice the dill and parsley.
  2. Put the minced meat, chopped herbs, egg and onions in a bowl and mix. Add pepper and possibly salt.
  3. Divide the minced meat into 4 equal portions and form burgers with a diameter of about 10 cm.
  4. Heat the grill pan and grill the burgers in 10 minutes. Turn halfway.
  5. Halve the rolls and toppings with lamb's lettuce. Put the burgers on the sandwiches.
  6. Cut the cucumber into slices. Put 3 slices of cucumber, 1 tzatziki on each burger and cover with the top of the bread.
  7. Serve the burgers with the rest of the lettuce, cucumber and tzatziki. Bon appétit! .
