Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the pancetta in 5 min. On medium heat until golden brown and crispy.

Remove from the pan and drain on kitchen paper. Crumble into small pieces.

Meanwhile, cook the green beans in a large pan of water in 8 minutes until al dente. Add the garden peas after 6 minutes.

Meanwhile, let the tomatoes and capers drain and cut finely.

Put the tomato, pancetta and sambal in separate bowls and serve with the green beans and garden peas.
