Directions

  1. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the pancetta in 5 min. On medium heat until golden brown and crispy.
  2. Remove from the pan and drain on kitchen paper. Crumble into small pieces.
  3. Meanwhile, cook the green beans in a large pan of water in 8 minutes until al dente. Add the garden peas after 6 minutes.
  4. Meanwhile, let the tomatoes and capers drain and cut finely.
  5. Put the tomato, pancetta and sambal in separate bowls and serve with the green beans and garden peas.
  6. This way everyone can season their vegetables.
