Grilled broccoli with tomatoes and balsamic vinegar

Preheat the oven grill.

Divide the broccoli into small florets. Boil the broccoli in plenty of water with salt 1 min. Drain the vegetables and let the florets drain well.

Halve the cherry tomatoes. Spoon the broccoli and tomato on a baking sheet, pour the oil over it and sprinkle the vegetables with salt and pepper.

Place the baking sheet 15 cm under the grill in the oven and roast the vegetables in about 15 minutes until golden brown. Always change everything in between.

Remove the baking sheet from the oven and drizzle the vegetables with the vinegar. Scoop the vegetables and serve immediately.
