Grilled chicken and cauliflower with bread crumbs


A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, sunflower oil, potato slices (700 g), garlic, chicken breast, white bread (at least 1 day old), fresh parsley (30 g), cauliflower (in florets), tapenade of sundried tomatoes (pomodori secchie and pot a 140 g).

Directions

  1. Heat 2 tbsp oil in a large frying pan.
  2. Potatoes in about 15 minutes around brown and cooked.
  3. Garlic peeling and pressing.
  4. Cut the chicken into 12 long strips and mix in a bowl with 1 tbsp oil, salt, some pepper and 3/4 of garlic.
  5. Cut crusts of slices of bread.
  6. Bread with hand or crumble in food processor.
  7. Parsley finely chop.
  8. In large pan with plenty of boiling water and salt cauliflower boil in about 8 minutes.
  9. Put chicken into hot grill pan for about 6 minutes.
  10. Heat the remaining oil in frying pan and fry the bread crumbs and the remaining garlic until golden brown.
  11. From the fire mix with half parsley and to taste salt and pepper.
  12. Mix the baked potatoes with the remaining parsley and divide them over 4 plates.
  13. Grilled chicken next to it with spoonful of tapenade on it.
  14. Sprinkle the cauliflower with crispy bread crumbs and add them separately..
