Grilled chicory with cheese curls and olives


A tasty recipe. The starter contains the following ingredients: shallots (in thin rings), balsamic vinegar, extra virgin olive oil, taggia olives (180 g jar), chicory and Parmesan cheese (piece).

Directions

  1. In a bowl, mix the shallot and the vinegar and leave to marinate for 5 minutes. Add 3 tbsp oil and add the olives and pepper and salt to taste. Cut the underside of the stalk chicory and cut the chicory in half. Remove the hard core. Heat the grill pan, brush the chicory around with 1 tbsp oil and grill on both sides in approx. 10 min. Until al dente.
  2. Put the chicory on a bowl and scoop the dressing over it. Arrange beautiful cheese curls over the chicory with a peeler. Serve immediately.
  3. You give this dish a spicy accent with some finely chopped flat parsley.
