Grilled lamb chops with mustard and rosemary
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, garlic (pressed), mustard (spicy), olive oil, lemon (scrubbed), fresh rosemary and lamb chops.

In a bowl stir garlic, mustard and oil together.

Mix half of lemon zest over mustard mixture.

Cut the rosemary needles very finely and mix with mustard mixture, add 1/2 tsp salt and pepper.

Rub lamb chops with mustard mixture on both sides and marinate for at least 15 minutes.

Meat on barbecue in 8-10 min.

On both sides from the outside brown and inside rosé bake, regularly turning.
