Grilled mackerel with tomato
A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, potatoes in the peel (halved), lemon, steamed mackerel, vine tomatoes (in slices), Provençal herbs, freshly ground black pepper, olive oil and spring onions (in rings).

Preheat the oven grill.

Roots cooking in 10 min.

Cut half of the lemon into thin segments, squeeze out the other half.

Take mackerel filets from the bone and divide into 4 pieces.

Divide tomato over baking dishes, place mackerel and lemon slices on top.

Sprinkle Provencal herbs and generous pepper, drizzle 1 tbsp oil over the whole.

Place the dishes 10 cm under the hot grill and let the dish hot through in 8-10 min.

In salad bowl dressing beat the rest of oil with lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste.

Drain the potatoes and scoop them with the spring onions.
