Grilled marinated beef
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, sereh (lemon grass), garlic, sugar, oil, salt, (freshly ground) black pepper, roast beef, unsalted peanuts, noodles, lemon, red peppers, fish sauce, iceberg lettuce, cucumber, bean sprouts (125 g) ), spring onions, mango, fresh coriander and fresh mint.

Ingredients
- 1 stem lemongrass lemongrass
- 5 cloves garlic
- 1,5 tablespoon sugar
- 4 tablespoons oil
- Salt
- (freshly ground) black pepper
- 500 g Roast beef
- 2 tablespoons unsalted peanuts
- 100 g Mihoen
- 1 lemon
- 2 Red peppers
- 5 tablespoons fish sauce
- 1 crop iceberg lettuce
- Cucumber
- 1 tray bean sprouts 125 g
- 2 bunch onions
- 1 mango
- 15 g fresh coriander
- 15 g fresh fresh mint

Cut the tip and sprigs of lemongrass and cut the stem into pieces. 3 cloves of garlic peel. lemongrass, garlic, sugar and oil in mortar to rub marinade. Season with salt and pepper. Cut the meat into thin slices, scoop the marinade and put it in the refrigerator for about 1/2 hour. Meanwhile, squeeze out lemon. Rest of garlic peel and cut. Pepper washing, cleaning and mincing. Dip sauce of lemon juice, garlic, pepper, fish sauce and about 1 tablespoon of water. Make sauce in bowl. Remove leaves from leaves and wash them. Cucumber wash, halve in length, remove seeds and cut flesh into cubes. Sprout the caugé for about 1/2 minute in boiling water, drain in colander. Clean the forest onions and cut into pieces of approx. 2 cm. Mango peel and cut flesh into pieces. Finely chop the herbs. Prepare Mihoen according to instructions. Serve Mihoen hot or cold. Roast peanuts in a light frying pan until light brown, allow to cool and finely chop. Place salads, herbs and noodles in separate bowls or put them on a scale.

Slices of meat quickly toasted on both sides and to scale. Sprinkle peanuts over meat. Take the lettuce leaf and lay it on it, raw vegetables, herbs and meat. Roll up lettuce, dipping and eating in sauce.
