A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, sereh (lemon grass), garlic, sugar, oil, salt, (freshly ground) black pepper, roast beef, unsalted peanuts, noodles, lemon, red peppers, fish sauce, iceberg lettuce, cucumber, bean sprouts (125 g) ), spring onions, mango, fresh coriander and fresh mint.

Directions

  1. Cut the tip and sprigs of lemongrass and cut the stem into pieces. 3 cloves of garlic peel. lemongrass, garlic, sugar and oil in mortar to rub marinade. Season with salt and pepper.   2. Slices of meat quickly toasted on both sides and to scale. Sprinkle peanuts over meat. Take the lettuce leaf and lay it on it, raw vegetables, herbs and meat. Roll up lettuce, dipping and eating in sauce.
