Grilled nectarines with mint and icecream ice cream
A tasty recipe. The dessert contains the following ingredients: nectarines (or peaches), butter, fresh mint ((a 15 g), leaf chopped), sugar and icecream ice cream.
Light the barbecue.
Wash the nectarines, halve them and remove the kernel.
Put 4 half nectarines each on a piece of aluminum foil of 15 x 15 cm.
Cut the butter into 4 cubes and put them in the cavities of the nectarines.
Sprinkle the fresh mint and sugar on the butter.
Put the other half nectarines upside down, so that the nectarines are 'whole' again.
Fold the foil around the nectarines upwards and fold it into a package.
Put the packages on the hot barbecue and let the nectarines get hot and soft in 20 minutes.
Place the packages on 4 plates, unfold the foil and pour a roll of roll-up ice cream next to it..
