Grilled rib chop with tagliatelle and broad beans


A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, lemon, oil, ribs, tagliatelle, broad beans (frozen), lettuce and fresh mint.

Directions

  1. Clean the lemon, grate the yellow skin off and squeeze out the fruit.
  2. Spoon half of the grater with 2 tablespoons oil and salt and (freshly ground) pepper to taste.
  3. Rub the pork chops with this.
  4. Cook the tagliatelle al dente according to the instructions on the package.
  5. Heat a grill pan and grill the pork chops in approx.
  6. 10 minutes until tender and golden brown.
  7. Put the broad beans with 2 tablespoons of oil, 50 ml of water, salt and 2 tablespoons of lemon juice and simmer for 5 minutes.
  8. Wash the lettuce and place 3 large leaves on each plate.
  9. Cut the fresh mint into strips and scoop them with the broad beans, the rest of the lemon zest and 1 tablespoon of lemon juice through the tagliatelle.
  10. Spoon the tagliatelle in the salad leaves and put the pork chops next to it..
