Grilled rib chop with tagliatelle and broad beans
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, lemon, oil, ribs, tagliatelle, broad beans (frozen), lettuce and fresh mint.

Clean the lemon, grate the yellow skin off and squeeze out the fruit.

Spoon half of the grater with 2 tablespoons oil and salt and (freshly ground) pepper to taste.

Rub the pork chops with this.

Cook the tagliatelle al dente according to the instructions on the package.

Heat a grill pan and grill the pork chops in approx.

10 minutes until tender and golden brown.

Put the broad beans with 2 tablespoons of oil, 50 ml of water, salt and 2 tablespoons of lemon juice and simmer for 5 minutes.

Wash the lettuce and place 3 large leaves on each plate.

Cut the fresh mint into strips and scoop them with the broad beans, the rest of the lemon zest and 1 tablespoon of lemon juice through the tagliatelle.

Spoon the tagliatelle in the salad leaves and put the pork chops next to it..
