Grilled tartar with zucchini salad
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, onion (peeled), beef tartar, tomato ketchup, paprika, olive oil, courgettes (in long slices), pain (cereales (bread), in 8 thick slices) and lettuce (inner leaves).

Cut half an onion into thin rings and grate the other half of the onion.

Mix the tartar with the grated onion, the ketchup, the paprika powder, 1 tsp salt and pepper to taste.

Form the mixture 4 burgers, brush them thinly with oil and roast them in a hot grill pan in 4 min.

Brown, turning them halfway.
