Grilled vegetables with raw ham


A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, green asparagus (500 g), Italian spice mix (20 g), garlic, mild olive oil, chestnut mushrooms (250 g), halved), baby currant lettuce, Coburger raw ham and multigrain boulogne baguette.

Directions

  1. Remove the woody bottom of the asparagus and cook the asparagus for 3 minutes. Drain in a colander and drain.
  2. Ris the leaves from the spice mix and grind with the garlic and oil into herb oil with the hand blender. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Heat the grill pan. Brush the asparagus with some herb oil and grill around 3 minutes. Put in a bowl. Brush the mushrooms with some herb oil and grill for 3-4 min. Put them in the asparagus in the dish.
  4. Cut the lettuce lengthwise into quarters. Brush with a little oil and grill around 2 minutes. Put in the bowl. Mix the rest of the herb oil with the vegetables. Divide the ham over the salad. Serve with baguette.
  5. Salad over. Keep covered for 1 day in the refrigerator and eat the next day with some pieces of mozzarella through it.
