Steak tartare on a multigrain ball with houmous, zucchini, tomato and arugula

Cut the courgettes and tomatoes into slices of ½ cm and finely chop the garlic.

Put the oil with the garlic and rocket in a high beaker and puree with the hand blender. Season with (freshly ground) pepper.

Heat the grill pan. Spread the zucchini and tomato slices with the arugula oil and grill the zucchini in 4 min. Golden brown and turn halfway.

Grill the tomato slices for 1 minute and turn halfway.

Spread the rest of the arugula oil over the vegetables and scoop them so that they are covered all around. Leave the grill pan on the fire.

Brush the tarttails with the rest of the olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Grill in 10 min. Rosé. Turn halfway.

Meanwhile, halve the buns and brush the bottom halves with the hummus.

Spread the rest of the arugula over the rolls and top with a few slices of zucchini and tomato. Place a tartare on each of them and put 1 tbsp salsa on it.

Fill with some zucchini and tomato. Cover with the top of the bun. Serve with the rest of the zucchini and tomato. Yummy! .
