Homemade burgers of minced beef, onion powder, tabasco on a sandwich with tomato, lettuce, pickles, mayonnaise and ketchup.

Directions

  1. Put the minced meat in a bowl and add the onion powder, tabasco and the salt. Knead well together and divide the minced meat into a burger per person.
  2. Form a ball per person of the minced meat. Push the meatballs flat into burgers of 1 cm thick and Ø 12 cm.
  3. Light the barbecue or heat the grill pan over medium heat. Grill the burgers in approx. 8 minutes. Turn halfway.
  4. In the meantime, heat a skillet without oil or butter.
  5. Halve the burger rolls and grill the halves in the hot frying pan for 2 minutes on both sides. Cut the tomato into slices.
  6. Cover the bottom halves of the buns successively with a leaf of lettuce and a burger.
  7. Place a slice of tomato and 2 slices of pickle on each burger. Divide the mayonnaise, ketchup and mustard over it and place the top halves of the buns on top.
