Directions

  1. Cook the haricots verts in 5 minutes until al dente.
  2. Drain and put them back in the pan to keep them warm.
  3. Heat the butter in a frying pan.
  4. Add sugar, salt and pecans.
  5. Bake the nuts for a period of 3 minutes until they light up.
  6. Spoon the nut mixture with the butter through the beans..
