Homemade nutella made from hazelnuts, chocolate and condensed milk

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.

Divide the hazelnuts over a griddle covered with parchment paper and roast golden brown in approx. 10 minutes. Change regularly. Cool for 10 minutes on a plate.

Grind the nuts in the food processor in 5 minutes to a smooth paste. Clean the edge of the bowl regularly with a spatula.

Bring a pan with a layer of water to the boil. Cut the dark chocolate and milk chocolate coarsely.

Put the chocolate, milk and honey in a bowl and hang the bowl in the pan. Make sure the bowl does not touch the water.

Stir for 5 minutes until the chocolate has melted (au bain-marie).

Add the chocolate to the nut paste in the food processor and mix for 2 minutes to smooth nutella. Scoop in the pot and finish.
