Indian curry of pork chops with cauliflower


A nice Indian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, shoulder chops, onion, sunflower oil, Indian curry sauce (400 ml), basmati rice, cauliflower and red pepper.

Directions

  1. Cut chops into pieces, remove any bone.
  2. Peel and chop onions.
  3. Heat oil in frying pan.
  4. Meat in approx.
  5. 4 min.
  6. Brown baking.
  7. Add onion and fry for 1 min.
  8. Add sauce and bring it to boil.
  9. Let meat in sauce cook for 25 minutes.
  10. Meanwhile, cook according to the instructions for use.
  11. Clean the cauliflower and divide it into small florets.
  12. Clean pepper and cut into pieces.
  13. Cauliflower and bell pepper last 10 min.
  14. Season the Indian curry with salt and pepper and serve with rice..
