Indian ice cream with cardamom
A nice Indian recipe. The vegetarian dessert contains the following ingredients: condensed milk (with sugar (397 g)), milk, ground cardamom fruits, whipped cream and almond shavings.

In a pan with a thick bottom, bring the condensed milk to the boil with the regular milk and the cardamom.

Turn down the heat and let the mixture simmer for 10 minutes; stir it regularly.

Remove the pan from the heat and let the mixture cool for 15 minutes, whisk it regularly with a whisk to prevent skin formation.

Whisk the whipped cream in a bowl.

Scoop the whipped cream into the milk mixture.

Fill the popsicle molds with the mixture.

Close the shapes with the lid and the stick.

Let the ice cream freeze in about 4 hours.

Remove the ice cream from the freezer 15-20 minutes before serving so that it becomes softer.

Meanwhile, toast the almonds in a dry frying pan until golden brown.

Turn the ice creams on plates and sprinkle with the almond shavings..
