Put the minced meat in a bowl and mix with the soy sauce, peanut butter and sambal. Season with salt and pepper.

Turn balls of the size of a walnut.

Heat a frying pan and fry the balls without oil or butter in 8 min. Brown and done. Remove from the pan and allow to cool.

Put the soy sauce marinade into a bowl and mix with the chili sauce. Take the balls and sauce in separate containers.
