Indian vegetable curry with eggs


A nice Indian recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: eggs (M), sunflower oil, stir-fry vegetable mix (400 g), Tikka Masala sauce (Indian curry sauce 400 ml), garden peas (frozen a 450 g), pre-fried French baguettes (250 g) and mango.

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 220 ºC.
  2. Boil eggs in approx.
  3. 8 minutes.
  4. Heat in wok oil.
  5. Add vegetable mix and stir-fry approx.
  6. 3 minutes.
  7. Add curry sauce and garden peas and simmer for approx.
  8. 10 minutes.
  9. Meanwhile, bake bread rolls according to instructions.
  10. Mango peel and cut flesh into strips.
  11. Peel eggs, halve and curry.
  12. Serving curry with baguette and mango..
