Indian wok dish
A nice Indian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, basmati rice, courgettes, olive oil, pork strips unseasoned (about 400 g), Indian curry stir-fry sauce (520 g), pistachio nuts unpeeled and fresh coriander (15 g).

Cook rice according to instructions.

Wash and clean courgettes and cut into slices.

Heat in wok oil.

Meat strips stir-fry for about 3 minutes.

Add zucchini and fry approx.

3 minutes.

Add the curry sauce and heat the dish for about 5 minutes while stirring occasionally.

Meanwhile, peeling pistachio nuts and coarse chopping.

Carefully cut coriander.

Wok dish with nuts and coriander.
