Italian lamb chops
A tasty Italian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, lemon (cleaned), olive oil, garlic (finely chopped), Italian (herbs (20 g)) and lamb chops.

Peel lemon zest and press fruit. In a small bowl, mix olive oil, lemon zest, lemon juice and garlic. Grate the herbs with a small pan and create a marinade. Place lamb chops in marinade and shovel a few times. Cover dish and marinate in refrigerator for about 1 hour. Cutlets a few times.

Take lamb chops from marinade and drain. Cutlets on greasy griddle or grill topper on each side approx. 4 min. Grilling. Cut chops a few times with the remaining marinade. Delicious with salsa verde and grilled fennel with perennial cheese.
