Korma viscurry with pappadums


A nice Indian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, onions, green peppers, sunflower oil, baby potatoes (450 g), korma curry paste (80 g), peeled tomatoes (400 ml), coal fish fillet (frozen, 400 g) and pappadums natural (box a 10 pieces).

Directions

  1. Peel and chop onions.
  2. Clean peppers and cut into cubes.
  3. Fry 2 tbsp oil in frying pan.
  4. Onion and potato for 2 minutes.
  5. Add pepper and fry for 1 min.
  6. Pour curry paste through it and fry it.
  7. Add tomatoes and pollock, bring to the boil and simmer for 15 minutes.
  8. Carefully shovel occasionally.
  9. Meanwhile, heat residual oil in frying pan.
  10. Pulp frying in hot oil for 2-3 seconds.
  11. Remove from oil with tongs and drain on kitchen paper.
  12. Season the salt and pepper curry and serve with pappadums..
