Macaroni with ham, cheese, cauliflower rice and peas
Pasta dish with garden peas, cauliflower rice, salad onion, ham cubes, milk, cheese and nutmeg.

Cook the macaroni in a large pan according to the instructions on the package al dente. Cook the peas in the last minute.

In the meantime, heat the oil in a skillet and fry the cauliflower rice for 3 minutes. Cut the salad onion into rings.

Add to the rice together with the ham cubes and cook for another 2 minutes.

Let the macaroni with the peas drain in a colander. Collect 150 ml of the cooking liquid.

Add the macaroni, peas, milk, cooking liquid, cheese and nutmeg and heat while stirring until the cheese has melted. Serve immediately.
