Maccheroni with salmon sauce


A tasty Italian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, maccheroni bicolore (pasta, a 250 g), onion, mushrooms, pink salmon (418 g), butter or margarine, peas extra fine (frozen), fresh cream cheese and herbal stock.

Directions

  1. Prepare Maccheroni according to instructions.
  2. Peel and chop onions.
  3. Clean mushrooms and cut into slices.
  4. Drain salmon in sieve.
  5. Remove sheets and creases.
  6. Divide salmon into pieces.
  7. Heat butter in a frying pan.
  8. Sprout onions for about 2 minutes.
  9. Add mushrooms and fry approx.
  10. 3 minutes.
  11. Add salmon, peas and cream cheese and bring to the boil.
  12. Top up the bouillon tablet.
  13. Allow the sauce to simmer for about 5 minutes.
  14. Serve with maccheroni..
